Bill is founder and Managing Director of Haskett Consulting International, a diverse globally oriented, strategy, training, and management network consulting firm. He is the proud recipient of two SPE International Awards the first being the technical award for Management and Information for his innovation and thought leadership in the Energy industry, including ground breaking work in conventional and unconventional resource decision management. The second is the 2020 International Public Service Award for his career-long volunteer leadership in science education, emergency medicine, disaster recovery and firefighting. On the decision front he is a sole winner of the INFORMS Decision Analysis Society Practice Award. With a diverse background and varied interests, he brings forty years of petroleum exploration and development, mining, mid and downstream infrastructure strategy and portfolio management, LNG, organizational efficiency/ change management, project risk management, logistics, and decision support for mega-projects. A recognized expert and thought leader in conventional and unconventional resource assessment, strategy, and uncertainty management, Bill is in demand for clients around the world. He is a trusted advisor of IOC, NOC, and government entities.
