Where to see us in 2023-24

Travel is back. So far we are planning to be at the Mine Closure Conference in Reno Oct. 3-6 with a paper being presented on the afternoon of the 6th., and we will be at the annual meeting of the Society of Decision Professionals conference in Arlington, Virginia in April of 2024.

The paper at the Mine Closure conference will be "decision evangelizing", showing the importance and multi-dimensional value of Decision Science. The paper is co-authored with Dan Schneider of Horizon Environmental and Andrew Thrift of Teck.

At 2024 SDP meeting, we will be providing one of the workshops. The workshop topic will be "Project Triage and Rescue - What to do when it hits the fan."
